For most dogs, once a week is plenty as part of a normal grooming routine. Dogs with long, floppy ears, or ones who swim regularly, may suit twice a week. If you’re not sure what’s right for your dog, ask your vet.
Squeeze a few drops into the ear, massage the base of the ear for a few seconds, then step back and let your dog shake. Wipe away whatever comes to the surface with cotton wool or a soft cloth. Never push anything into the ear canal.
