Rep programme terms

What you get

• A one-time 30% code for your own first box. One use, expires 60 days after you're approved, applies to our poo bags — as a one-off or as the first payment of a subscription — and stacks with our add-on and free-gift deals, though not with another discount code.
• Your personal 25% code — for your followers and for you, on every box after the first. It's tracked to you.
• 10% commission on every sale made with your code or link. Once a customer has bought with your code, their future orders keep paying you too, for as long as they keep buying with us. Commission is calculated on the order value excluding VAT, shipping and discounts, and confirms 14 days after the order (our returns window). Refunded or cancelled orders don't earn.
• £5 bounty for every subscriber you bring in, paid when their second subscription box ships.

How you get paid

Everything you earn builds up as a balance in your rep portal. You choose how to take it: swap any amount into Tuff Pets store credit instantly (we add 25% on top), or once your balance is £10 or more, cash out to PayPal in our monthly payout run. Store credit comes as a single-use coupon, so swap what you'll spend on your next order.

The rules

• Put #ad on any post that uses your code or link. Under UK advertising rules a personal discount code makes a post an advert, and both you and we are responsible for saying so. "#ad" near the start of the caption is enough. "#affiliate" or "#collab" isn't.
• You must be 18 or over and live in the UK or Ireland.
• One rep account per person, on a social account that's genuinely yours (or your dog's).
• Don't post your code on coupon or voucher sites. Codes found there are deactivated and the orders don't earn commission.
• Be honest about the product. Say what you actually think. Don't make claims we don't make ourselves.
• No posting quotas, no minimum follower count, no obligation to buy anything after your first box.

Housekeeping

• We can remove reps who break these rules, and we may deactivate accounts with no activity for 12 months. Earned, confirmed commission is still paid.
• We can change the commission rate, the discount amounts or the bounty with 30 days' notice by email. Changes never apply to commission you've already earned.
• You're an independent promoter, not an employee or agent of Tuff Pets. What you earn is yours to declare.
• We hold your name, email, social handle and what you told us about your dog, so we can run the programme and email you about it. You can leave any time by emailing ambassadors@tuffpets.co.uk and we'll close your account.
