Where do I find my codes and share link?
In your rep portal at tuff-pets.bixgrow.com — your 25% follower code, your personal 25% code and your tracked share link all live there. Your portal invite lands by email when you're approved (use Forgot password with your sign-up email if it goes missing).
How do I get paid — and what's the 25% credit boost?
Every sale made with your code or link adds 10% to your balance (it confirms 14 days after each order — that's the returns window). Then it's your choice, any time, in your portal: swap any amount into store credit instantly and we top it up 25% — so £4 becomes £5 to spend — or cash out by PayPal once you're at £10+, paid in the monthly run. One tip on credit: it comes as a one-use coupon, so swap an amount no bigger than the order you're about to place (£5 when you're buying a £9 box, not £20 in one go).
What's the subscriber bounty?
£5 of credit for every subscriber you bring in — someone who starts a bags subscription with your code. It pays when their second box ships (genuine subscribers, not sign-up-and-cancel), on top of your normal 10%. Bounties land with the monthly credit run.
Do I have to post a certain amount?
No. There are no posting quotas — none. Share when your dog does something worth sharing. Some reps post weekly, some barely at all and just use their 25%. Both are fine with us.
Where's my order / my delivery?
Orders placed with your codes are normal Tuff Pets orders — tracking arrives by email like any purchase. Anything odd with a delivery: reply to your order confirmation email and the shop team sorts it.
Can my mate's dog join too?
